Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, PBM Strategic Relations - PBM Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PBM Strategic Relations Product team, providing strategic direction and leadership
• Establish governance and best practices for PBM Programs and Services library
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PBM programs, guiding internal stakeholders and partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in PBM programs and services
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external executive leadership
