Senior Director of PDS Projects

Job Summary

Leading a team of Senior Project Managers, the full-time remote Senior Director of PDS Projects will oversee project management services, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance while driving innovative solutions and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of 4-6 Senior Project Managers, optimizing project delivery and ensuring adherence to processes
• Maintain strong relationships with Corporate Workplace clients, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting complex New Store programs
• Manage end-to-end employee processes, including hiring, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews to support team development and succession planning

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the commercial real estate sector
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Experience with ground-up construction and interior fit-out projects
• Familiarity with HR policies and compliance in employee management
