Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of People Data and Analytics, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision for people data and analytics
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and address their people data and analytics needs
• Develop and implement a data governance framework to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of people data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on people data
• Experience with HR systems and data analytics platforms
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of team transformation
• Master's degree in business administration, data science, statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• Ability to work cross-functionally and develop analytics solutions
