Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, People and Culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of global People & Culture systems, policies, and practices
  • Provide strategic leadership and development for the People & Culture team, ensuring effective HR operational workflows
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Team on compliance, risk management, and employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a donor-funded or international development environment, preferably with U.S. Government projects
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR functions across multiple global locations
  • Broad expertise in employee relations, engagement, and organizational development
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and organizational units
