Senior Director of People Enablement
Job Summary
Leading the global Learning and Development team and North America Business Partner team, the full-time salaried Senior Director of People Enablement will drive talent capability building, performance management, and strategic partnerships to support the company's AI-enabled operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the global Talent Enablement team and North America HRBP team
- Set and advance HR people and learning strategies in partnership with executives to enhance organizational capability and team performance
- Serve as a partner to the CEO and Executive Team, advising on organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and people risk
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnership and Talent Development, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
- Experience building and scaling a business partner team with strategic impact
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide succession planning frameworks
- Strong data and analytics capability to inform business decisions
