Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global AI strategy for the People & Culture function
• Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experiences
• Explore emerging technologies to improve HR efficiency and create internal frameworks for AI literacy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, or Digital Transformation
• Proven experience in developing and executing AI or automation strategies in HR
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and responsible AI principles
• Strong project leadership skills with experience in cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in modern HR systems and familiarity with AI/ML applications
