Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Directors across People Operations, Total Rewards, and People Systems
• Align People Operations initiatives with overall company goals and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Drive the strategic development of Total Rewards programs and enhance the Workday system for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including 5 years in a Director-level role
• Experience overseeing People Operations, Total Rewards, and Workday in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of HR compliance and employee experience best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
• High level of empathy, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive matters
