Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and process improvement for People Ops and Benefits, focusing on operational excellence and employee experience
- Build and manage scalable onboarding, changes, and offboarding operations with established workflows and compliance standards
- Serve as business owner for HRIS, defining requirements, leading implementations, and driving automation and process improvements
Qualifications Required
- 12+ years of experience in People Operations/HR Operations Leadership in a high-growth environment
- Strong experience with ADP and as a business owner for HRIS workflows and data standards
- Proven track record in implementation leadership and process improvement
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and vendor spend
- Strong data integrity and reporting skills
