Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the People team, ensuring execution across all priorities
• Partner with the COO to align people priorities with business strategy and anticipate organizational needs
• Lead and optimize people processes, policies, and programs across the employee lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive People leadership experience, with 3+ years in high-growth environments
• Proven track record in managing people operations for organizations with 200-1,000 employees
• Strong expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS implementation
• Experience designing and implementing people programs that support business objectives
• Solid understanding of employment law and compliance as a multi-state employer
