  • Proven track record in managing people operations for organizations with 200-1,000 employees
  • Strong expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS implementation
  • Experience designing and implementing people programs that support business objectives
  • Solid understanding of employment law and compliance as a multi-state employer
