Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of People Operations, responsible for building and scaling people infrastructure to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of people programs that enhance organizational growth and performance
• Establish programs to strengthen employee engagement and workplace effectiveness
• Oversee HR compliance and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in People Operations or HR leadership roles
• SHRM-CP/SCP and/or HRCI's PHR/SPHR certification
• Proven experience in building People infrastructure in high-growth organizations
• Strong knowledge of global employment law and compliance frameworks
• Experience with People analytics tools to improve organizational outcomes
