Senior Director of People Operations

Job Summary

To lead the compensation, benefits, and HR operations strategy, the full-time Senior Director of People Operations will design scalable programs, serve as an HR Business Partner to senior leaders, and ensure competitive rewards while working onsite in Shreveport, LA.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise compensation strategy and lead annual compensation planning cycles
• Manage the People Operations function, enhancing HR technology and compliance across the employee lifecycle
• Serve as an HR Business Partner, advising on organizational design and compensation structuring for new roles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
• Ten or more years of progressive HR experience, including significant depth in compensation and benefits
• Demonstrated expertise in compensation design and HR operations with a track record of building compliant programs
• Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong vendor management skills and experience partnering with Payroll, Finance, and Legal on complex matters
