Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with executive leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting senior executives
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team of People Partners
• Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, and employment law
• Experience in a global technology, marketing, or SaaS company
• Relevant HR certifications or a Master's degree in HR or a related discipline
