Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, People Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic People partner to BU Presidents and senior business leaders, aligning People strategy with growth and performance goals
• Lead and develop the BU-facing People Business Partners, ensuring alignment with business needs and collaboration with People COEs
• Understand and anticipate business priorities and workforce trends to design People solutions that enable success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including management of HRBPs or HR functional teams
• Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving business-aligned People initiatives
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
