Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Performance Excellence, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Drive performance excellence by collaborating across departments to identify issues and coordinate solutions
Manage the Objective Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, setting agendas and tracking accountability
Prepare high-level performance briefings and synthesize internal data for executive presentations

Required Qualifications

MBA or equivalent required
8+ years of relevant experience
3-5 years of experience at a management consulting firm (MBB or Big 4)
2+ years in fund research, equity analysis, or investment banking
High proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis
