Senior Director of Pharmacometrics

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional project teams, the full-time Senior Director of Pharmacometrics will manage client consultations on study design, develop and evaluate pharmacometric models, and present simulation results in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with project teams to support client requests and provide strategic direction on modeling and simulation results
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering insights on the application of modeling in drug development programs
• Develop and apply complex population PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response models using advanced software

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of professional modeling experience in population PK and PK/PD
• Proficiency in Monolix, NONMEM, and R
• Master's degree in pharmacometrics, PK/PD, pharmaceutics, pharmacology, statistics, engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred
• Professional experience in the application of pharmacometrics to clinical pharmacology
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations effectively
