Senior Director of Pharmacy Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Pharmacy Partnerships & Vendor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying, pitching, and onboarding high-quality, enterprise-level pharmacy vendors across the U.S
• Managing the full partnership cycle from initial outreach and pitch through contract negotiation and onboarding
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key pharmacy vendors to support operational scale and excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, or business development within the pharmacy or healthcare industry
• Deep knowledge of the pharmacy landscape, with a strong existing network of industry relationships
• Proven track record of signing and scaling enterprise partnerships, preferably involving fulfillment, logistics, or vendor payments
• Startup experience or a demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-changing environments
