Senior Director of Philanthropy Systems

Job Summary

Leading a team of high-performing professionals, the full-time Senior Director of Philanthropy Systems will provide strategic direction for philanthropy systems, CRM strategy, data governance, and analytics enablement, ensuring that the technology ecosystem supports scalable fundraising growth and enhances donor engagement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams across CRM, data governance, and training functions
• Establish and manage philanthropy-wide data governance frameworks for data accuracy and accessibility
• Drive CRM strategy and oversee training, user enablement, and change management initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Operations Management, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in philanthropy operations or related functions
• 7+ years of experience in people leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Expertise with Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce, or similar enterprise CRM platforms
• Experience in developing data governance and analytics strategies
