Senior Director of Platform Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of software engineering practices, the full-time Senior Director of Platform Engineering will define and execute the enterprise Platform Engineering strategy while overseeing global teams to enhance developer productivity and operational excellence in a flexible hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Platform Engineering strategy supporting Consumer Products and Corporate Technology
• Lead the evolution of engineering platforms to improve developer experience and operational efficiency
• Establish enterprise standards for platform architecture, engineering automation, and software delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Progressive leadership experience managing enterprise Platform Engineering and DevSecOps organizations
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams
• Demonstrated success building modern cloud-native engineering platforms
• Deep understanding of Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and engineering automation
