A company is looking for a Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and implementation of a Michigan policy agenda focused on college affordability and student protections
• Lead research projects and disseminate findings to inform policy recommendations and advocacy efforts
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, coalition members, and policymakers to advance student-centric policy goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public policy, or related field; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in higher education policy or advocacy work
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of higher education policy topics at the state level
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
