Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Pricing & Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of pricing and contracting strategy across all commercial channels
• Design and manage contracting frameworks for government, payer, and specialty pharmacy partners
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on competitive pricing intelligence and market dynamics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in strategic pricing and contracting
• Deep expertise in pricing & contracting strategy development
• Strong experience in government pricing programs and state price transparency requirements
• Proven ability to develop and drive contracting strategy across multiple commercial channels
