Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team focused on building scalable, privacy-centric infrastructure
• Architect and implement data protection controls and systems for privacy incident detection
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable engineering solutions and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on privacy, security, or compliance
• Deep technical understanding of modern architectures and cloud platforms
• Proven success implementing privacy-enhancing technologies at scale
• Experience leading engineering teams through growth and regulatory evolution
