Job Summary

To lead strategic operational initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Process Improvement will oversee the Policy Services, Client Services, Claim Loss History Reporting Teams, and the Enterprise Project Management Office, focusing on process optimization and service excellence in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily insurance production activities, including policy issuance and renewals, across all regions
  • Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Analyze and streamline operational processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives and reporting on performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance operations, with 6-8 years in management roles
  • Deep understanding of insurance operational processes such as policy administration and claims management
  • Strong process improvement and project management skills, with Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with an analytical mindset for operational effectiveness
