Senior Director of Procurement, a full-time remote position responsible for leading a procurement team, optimizing enterprise sourcing strategies, and driving AI transformation within procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve procurement strategies with an AI-first approach, mentoring a high-performing team
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals and compliance requirements
• Oversee vendor management, including contract lifecycle, performance management, and cost-saving initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of procurement and sourcing experience, with 2-5 years at the Director level
• Experience in leading AI-driven process transformation within procurement
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and procurement platforms
