Senior Director of Procurement

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Senior Director of Procurement will lead company-wide sourcing, vendor management, and spend optimization efforts while building a centralized procurement function remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and standardize a centralized procurement policy and process to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
• Implement and optimize a procurement software tool to align with business needs and provide actionable reporting
• Establish a collaborative framework with department heads to manage department-specific spend and vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, including leadership roles in high-growth environments
• Proven success in designing and scaling centralized procurement operations in both startups and publicly traded companies
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and spend management systems, with implementation experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, and/or digital health sectors
