Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product - Customer Portal & Platform Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the customer portal and MSP experience
• Lead the strategic transformation to consumption-based commercial models for MSPs
• Establish and track key product metrics to measure user adoption and business impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Minimum 5 years in Director level or higher product leadership roles
• Proven track record building customer portals or similar unified platform experiences
• Deep experience serving managed service providers (MSPs) and channel partners
• Experience leading commercial model transformations to consumption-based pricing models
