Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product and Engineering to lead product strategy and technical management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year product strategy aligned with user needs and organizational mission
• Manage product portfolio optimization and oversee system architecture for a scalable platform
• Lead Go-to-Market strategies and ensure alignment with business development efforts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud-based software product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Technical degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Proven track record in end-to-end product development with technical teams and external partners
• Experience in defining and executing Go-to-Market strategies
• Ability to lead and foster collaboration in a remote-first organization
