Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the Genius platform for small and growing merchants globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year product strategy for the Genius platform, aligning investments with growth objectives
• Oversee the development of core POS capabilities and the portfolio of Value-Added Services (VAS)
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product development and alignment across teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles
• Proven experience leading product strategy for B2B software or commerce platforms
• Demonstrated success managing multi-team product portfolios
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute in fast-moving environments
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and operating across cultures
