Senior Director of Product

Job Summary

Seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Director of Product for a full-time remote role, this position will lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a next-generation revenue cycle management (RCM) platform, focusing on automation, scalability, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the mid-cycle and backend RCM portfolio
• Lead the roadmap for coding, billing, payment posting, accounts receivable, and analytics to enhance efficiency and financial performance
• Develop and manage a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 12-18 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology and RCM
• 8+ years in hands-on product management or product leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling RCM software products, preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Deep understanding of mid-cycle and backend processes, including coding, billing, and denials management
