Senior Director of Product Delivery

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Director of Product Delivery will manage product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure effective execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers to align business priorities with customer needs
• Translate executive priorities into actionable product roadmaps and manage the company's delivery processes
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and improve operational efficiency across Engineering, Design, and other teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or related leadership roles
• Strong understanding of software development workflows and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to manage complex prioritization decisions and influence stakeholders
• Experience building scalable operational processes and delivery frameworks
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
