Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse design teams
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and proficiency with design tools
• Ability to align design initiatives with business objectives using market research and user feedback
