• Proven track record in design for complex enterprise B2B software and understanding of AI/ML workflows
• Experience in structuring and optimizing design teams for business impact
• Exceptional ability to communicate design strategy with C-level and VP-level partners
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
