Senior Director of Product Design

Job Summary

Leading design strategy and execution for a strategic product portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Product Design will oversee the evolution of a bespoke design system, enhance product quality, and manage a high-performing design team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling design vision for a large, integrated product portfolio
• Own the evolution of the design system, ensuring adoption and alignment across product teams
• Lead design across multiple product teams, ensuring coherent and high-quality user experiences

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience leading design in large, complex B2B SaaS or multi-product ecosystems
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product strategy, design craft, and measurable customer impact
• Experience building and evolving design systems across multiple product teams
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
