Senior Director of Product Development

Job Summary

Leading the Product Development organization across apparel and lifestyle categories, the full-time Senior Director of Product Development will manage a team of Directors, Product Managers, and Coordinators to drive product excellence, optimize processes, and ensure seamless execution from design to production in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Product Development team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Own end-to-end product development execution, identifying trends and ensuring product quality and alignment with brand standards
• Drive scalable systems and operational rigor to enhance communication and efficiency across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, or Product Operations within apparel or consumer goods
• Proven experience leading teams in high-growth environments with a strong understanding of apparel product creation and commercialization
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and strong analytical skills to drive decisions based on data and customer insights
• Demonstrated success in improving processes and scaling operations
• Strong servant-leadership mindset with excellent communication and decision-making skills
