Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product and/or Data Engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong familiarity with relevant technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, C#, Angular, JavaScript, AWS)
• Proven experience leading distributed teams and delivering complex systems
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud utilization and legacy app modernization
