Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the AI product roadmap, balancing quick wins with foundational investments
• Drive discovery and validation by working directly with brokerages and agents to identify high-value workflows for AI integration
• Ship proofs-of-concept and MVPs while partnering with the AI engineering team to transition capabilities into validated products

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years at a senior/director level
• Experience taking products from idea to launch in a startup or new product line environment
• Technical fluency with a solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations
• Experience in agile product delivery, with a focus on maintaining velocity and quality
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of effective collaboration across various teams
