Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Digital Product Management, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a consumer-centric product vision and strategy for chatbots and voicebots, leveraging AI and ML technologies
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and engineers, ensuring a collaborative culture and up-to-date knowledge in conversational AI technologies
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for chatbots and voicebots, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in AI, ML, chat, or search for consumer-centric companies
• 8+ years of leadership experience in managing and developing teams
• 5+ years of executive leadership experience
• Experience in building or launching chatbots and voicebots on popular websites and mobile apps
• Deep understanding of ML and AI technologies, including natural language processing and conversational AI platforms
