Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management for Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for RCM solutions, addressing operational challenges for healthcare providers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful product features based on RCM domain knowledge
• Analyze industry trends and define key product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 8+ years in leading RCM products in healthcare technology
• Prior experience in RCM operations or consulting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of the entire RCM lifecycle
• Proven success in building and scaling enterprise healthcare products
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent is preferred
