Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer experience strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
• Manage project backlog and success metrics based on stakeholder input and operational data
• Lead change initiatives and empower agile teams by removing barriers and promoting collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Twelve (12) plus years of experience in strategic initiative development and execution
• Eight (8) plus years in senior operational leadership roles within complex organizations
• Experience in human-centered design and product strategy development in healthcare preferred
• Proficient in change management and stakeholder engagement
