Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management (Enterprise).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts with customers and market analysis to identify strategic product opportunities and create actionable product vision
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and design to deliver high-impact initiatives
• Define and lead complex product initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and meeting quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product leadership roles, including 2+ years leading multiple teams
• 5+ years building developer tools or infrastructure products with experience in translating technical requirements into product roadmaps
• Direct experience with CI/CD, feature flagging, microservices, or cloud-native architectures
• 4+ years as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in developer tools or infrastructure
• Quantifiable examples of product decisions that drove revenue growth or improved usage metrics
