Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management for Primary Care, Rx & Inpatient Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified product strategy for primary care and inpatient behavioral health workflows
• Own the product roadmap and lead the creation of business requirements and workflow specifications
• Lead customer user groups to define pain points and validate solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, informatics, or related field; licensed clinical degree preferred
• 3+ years of clinical experience in an ambulatory or inpatient setting
• 5+ years of product management experience in physical healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of ambulatory workflows and knowledge of the U.S. healthcare regulatory landscape
• Experience with EHR, Rx, and pharmacy systems as a clinician or product manager
