Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Growth and Engagement Platform
• Collaborate with senior leaders and product teams to establish a unified platform vision and drive adoption of AI/ML services
• Manage portfolio metrics, assess risks, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams

• Experience in strategic product leadership and defining product vision
• Proven ability to build executive alignment and partnerships across organizations
• Expertise in leveraging AI/ML for product innovation and customer engagement
• Strong background in talent management and developing a high-performing team culture
• Ability to navigate and influence at the VP level and above
