Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Product Owner & Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Payments and Tax product lines
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted workflows in product management and business analysis
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Owners and Business Analysts

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience as a software product owner or business analyst, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Experience managing a team of 4-8 direct reports
• Five or more years of full-lifecycle agile project management or business analysis experience
• Demonstrated experience with agile software development methods
• Experience using AI tools in a product or business analysis context
