Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management - Hub Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy, including vision, roadmap, and KPIs for hub services and specialty access
• Drive commercial growth and P&L accountability, establishing partnerships and overseeing product performance
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring compliance and alignment with provider and pharmaceutical needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles in healthcare solutions
• Proven success in leading complex, revenue-generating product initiatives
• Deep expertise in outcome-driven product development and continuous discovery
• Strong understanding of specialty drug access and hub services models
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA preferred
