Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Technical Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct technical product management and development teams to achieve company goals and optimize processes
• Translate business needs into a strategic roadmap for software products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and manage product change requests effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, telecommunications, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management and program management in the telecommunications or software industry
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce; experience with Genesys Cloud and Slack is a plus
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
