Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the maturation of Marriott's product management function, the full-time Senior Director of Product Operating Model Capability will set enterprise strategy, define maturity outcomes, and partner with senior leaders to integrate product thinking into organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the enterprise product management capability strategy aligned to business priorities
• Lead and develop a team of product management coaches, ensuring high-impact coaching and enablement
• Establish operating mechanisms that reinforce the Product Operating Model and provide executive transparency into adoption and value realization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related area, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in product management or transformation leadership roles in large organizations
• Proven experience managing and developing teams in enablement roles
• Deep knowledge of product strategy, outcome-based planning, and product delivery
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving decisions without formal authority
