Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of the Paid Media product portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will manage product lifecycles for Social Ads, Display Advertising, and Targeted Email Marketing, driving innovation and cross-channel optimization in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for Paid Media, focusing on cross-channel optimization and market opportunities
  • Lead product teams to deliver high-quality campaign management, audience targeting, and attribution reporting while implementing agile practices
  • Collaborate with Data Science to develop AI-driven optimization models and ensure compliance with privacy regulations during platform integrations
Required Qualifications
  • 12-15+ years in Product Management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience with digital advertising products, including Social, Display, and Email
  • Strong background in platform integrations with Meta, Google, and DSPs
  • Experience in data-driven product development focused on targeting and optimization
  • Demonstrated executive presence and effective stakeholder management skills
