Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving the long-term hardware product vision and strategy, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Product Management will lead a high-performing team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of hardware products while collaborating across engineering, operations, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term hardware product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead and mentor the Hardware Product Management team, instilling discipline in product development processes
• Drive portfolio investment recommendations balancing sustaining products with new and disruptive innovations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on global connected hardware or consumer electronics
• Proven success managing a hardware product roadmap from concept to high-volume production
• Experience in building and scaling Product Management teams with a strong emphasis on discipline and performance metrics
• Technical fluency with hardware systems, including consumer electronics and IoT connectivity
