Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the adoption of AI-native workflows, the remote Senior Director of Product Management will manage cross-functional teams to translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable programs, enhancing productivity and engineering velocity across product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the framework and roadmap for AI and agentic capabilities within the product management organization
• Drive AI adoption and change management, collaborating with teams across product, engineering, and compliance
• Identify and launch high-impact AI use cases that demonstrate measurable productivity and financial impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership experience in product management, digital transformation, or engineering roles
• Proven success in implementing strategic AI or digital adoption at scale, including redesigning workflows and governance
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and frameworks, including LLMs and coding assistants
• Strong change management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
