Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To lead the strategy and lifecycle management of the Policy product portfolio, the remote Senior Director of Product Management will oversee product excellence, drive portfolio growth, and mentor a team of product managers while collaborating across functions to ensure alignment with market needs and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and market dynamics
• Lead and develop a high-performance team of product managers and technical product owners, fostering a culture of accountability and customer obsession
• Own the strategic product roadmap, driving prioritization decisions and identifying organic growth opportunities

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of SaaS product management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated track record of defining and executing portfolio-level product strategy for B2B or B2G SaaS products
• Proven experience in pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive analysis
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to build business cases and define KPI frameworks
• Deep experience in Agile/Scrum product development methodologies and product management tooling
