Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of content development processes and technologies, the remote Senior Director of Product Management will manage a multi-year roadmap for content transformation, aligning investments in tools and AI capabilities to enhance efficiency and scalability in delivering educational products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the business plan and roadmap for School Content Transformation, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives
• Define and govern a centralized content acceleration roadmap, prioritizing workflows and AI enablement across product portfolios
• Serve as a strategic bridge between Content, Product, and Platform teams, translating content needs into scalable product solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management or Digital Transformation, with at least 6 years in enterprise-scale initiatives
• Proven track record in large-scale publishing or content transformation within global organizations
• Deep expertise in content strategy, digital publishing, and AI-driven innovation
• Experience in modernizing legacy publishing operations and leading cross-functional initiatives
